Dalgano - Recipes Korean | Those who like Korean food, Maybe you've eaten or cooked the popular Korean dakgajeong Sweet and Spicy Crispy Korean Fried Chicken / Sweet Spicy Fried Chicken Korean style dooonnggg.... I got this recipe from the web, but I slightly tweaked it and the size also adjusted. It's really delicious... crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside, with a sweet and spicy sauce that's solid and added with crunchy roasted peanuts.

Ingredients:
- 1000 gr Chicken Wings in the middle and drumsticks
- 50 gr roasted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp Sesame (Roasted) for Garnish
- 30 gr Garlic finely chopped
- 20 gr spicy dry red chili, remove the seeds
- 60 ml Vegetable Oil for frying
- Enough oil to fry the chicken
- Marinate
- 2 Tbsp Fine Salt
- 10 gr finely chopped ginger
- 2 tsp black pepper
- Coating material
- 140 gr Corn Flour/Potato Flour
- Sauce (Mix together)
- 120 ml Natural Soy Sauce
- 80 ml Corn Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 2 Tbsp Mustard Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Vinega
How To Make:
