Ingredients:

  • 800 grams snapper fillet.
  • 18 grams of margarine
  • 240 grams of wheat flour
  • 450 ml liquid milk
  • 4 tablespoons chopped celery.
  • 20 cm finely chopped scallion
  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper powder
  • Oil for frying

Bandage:

  • 150 grams of wheat flour.
  • 4 eggs, beaten.
  • 200 grams of bread flour.


How To Make Bolinhos Salt Cod Croquettes:

  1. Puree the fish with a blender
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Add flour, mix well.

  4. Add fish, celery, and scallions.
  5. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Set aside.
  6. Take 1 tablespoon of dough, shape it into an oblong shape. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat the oil, fry the croquettes until cooked and golden brown. Lift, drain.
