Ingredients:

  • Prepare the Crust Ingredients

Making Method:

  1. Prepare materials.
  2. First, make the pie crust. Mix flour and powdered sugar, then sift.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla. Set aside.
  4. Enter the margarine/butter into the flour container, knead until mixed.
  5. Add beaten eggs, then knead until well blended and not sticky.
  6. For the dough into portions. Because my concrete pie is quite large, I weigh the dough every 40 grams. option 1 part of the dough in the pie mold that had been greased with oil, then press until smooth to cover the mold.   9. Add honey/gold syrup, mix well.
  10. Add beaten eggs and salt, mix again.
  11. Preheat the oven. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour in the filling about 3/4 because the filling will rise a little later. Bake the butter tart in the oven at 160° for about 15 minutes. I use the 150° air fryer for 15-20 minutes.
  12. Remove from oven. If it has dark chocolate-like caramel, it means the tart is cooked. Don't be afraid when the filling is still liquid and explodes when you take it out of the oven. The filling will set itself when it has cooled down.
