Ingredients :
- 150 grams of beef hash
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp bottled chili
- 1 tsp sugar
- 150 grams of green mustard, cut into 3 cm
- 50 ml water
- 300 grams of white rice
How to make donburi:
- Thinly slice the beef hash, then set aside. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
- Enter the sliced meat, one by one while constantly stirring until it changes color and stiff.
- Enter the other spices, then stir until all mixed well.
- Add the mustard greens and water, then stir again until the mustard wilts.
