Ingredients :

  • 150 grams of beef hash
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp bottled chili
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 150 grams of green mustard, cut into 3 cm
  • 50 ml water
  • 300 grams of white rice



How to make donburi:

  1. Thinly slice the beef hash, then set aside. Meanwhile, sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.

  3. Enter the other spices, then stir until all mixed well.
