Dalgano - Thailand's Food Khao pad is fried rice with egg and prawns. Usually served with chopped coriander leaves.

Material:

  • 6 rations of white rice leftover last night
  • 800 gr chicken fillet, cut into small dice
  • 4 chicken eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2/4 large onions, sliced
  • 10 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 10-7 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 2/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • grams to taste
  • spring onions as needed, finely sliced

Accessories:

  • enough lemon slices
  • enough cucumber slices
  • coriander leaves as needed, finely sliced



Method of Making Thai Fried Rice:

  1. Clean the chicken. Sprinkle with soy sauce and cornstarch. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Fry the eggs with the scrambled method, then set aside.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Saute minced garlic and onion until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken, tomatoes, chilies, scallions, and scrambled eggs. Stir well.
  5. Add white rice; then season with fish sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, and lime juice.
  6. Cook until the rice is no longer wet. Perform taste correction. When it is suitable for taste, quickly remove it from the stove.
