Ingredients:

  • 2 mangoes
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 300 grams of whole milk
  • 200 grams of yogurt ice cream
  • 50 grams of fresh liquid cream
  • 30 grams Sugar



How to Make Italian Mango and Chocolate Milkshake Recipe:

  1. To prepare the mango and chocolate milkshake, first, clean the mango by removing the skin with a fine knife.
  2. Then roughly cut the flesh into several pieces by taking as much as possible around the middle bone.
  3. Transfer the mango pulp to a bowl, add the milk.
  4. and puree with an immersion blender, then add sugar and mix again to mix everything.
  5. Now heat the cream in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, chop the dark chocolate.
  6. Transfer to another bowl. When the cream is almost boiling, pour it into a bowl with the chopped chocolate.
  7. And mix well with a spatula or a whisk until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
  8. At this point you are ready to make your milkshake, take a glass jar and dust the inside with ganache with the help of a brush, then place it in the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  9. Then take the jar from the freezer, fill half with a mango smoothie, add a scoop of yogurt ice cream, pour a little more mango smoothie, put the second scoop of ice cream on top, finally garnish everything with chopped hazelnuts, and let the remaining chocolate ganache drain slowly: mango milkshake and your chocolate are ready to be enjoyed.


Storage:

It is recommended to serve the mango and chocolate frappé at this time, if you prefer, store the mango cream for a few days in a closed refrigerator in an airtight container and complete only when serving.

There is no limit to gluttony! If you have an acute bout of sweetness, you can crown the milkshake with a dollop of whipped cream and some dark chocolate flakes.
