- 4 salted fish, wash and clean
- 10 red onions
- 20 pieces of curly red chili
- 20 lime leaves, finely sliced
- 10 pieces of chili
- 2 handfuls of basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons of powdered broth
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
How to make Richa Salted Fish :
- Puree the cayenne pepper, curly red chili, and red onion, saute in hot oil until fragrant.
- Enter the lime leaf slices, sugar, salt, and powdered broth. Mix everything until smooth
