Richa Salted Fish 


Ingredients:

  • 4 salted fish, wash and clean
  • 10 red onions
  • 20 pieces of curly red chili
  • 20 lime leaves, finely sliced
  • 10 pieces of chili
  • 2 handfuls of basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered broth
  • 4 tablespoons cooking oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt


How to make Richa Salted Fish :

  1. Puree the cayenne pepper, curly red chili, and red onion, saute in hot oil until fragrant.
  2. Enter the lime leaf slices, sugar, salt, and powdered broth. Mix everything until smooth
  3. Add the salted fish to the pan, stir to allow the flavors to infuse. Cook until dry and absorbed.
  4. Add the basil leaves until the leaves wilt. If it is cooked, remove and drain.
