Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons & sugar
  • 180 ml liquid milk
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 35 grams of butter

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon  fine granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon  cinnamon powder







Making Method:

  1. Mix sugar and liquid milk then add instant yeast. Add the melted butter. Stir well.
  2. Put the above mixture into a bowl containing the flour and salt. Knead until the dough is not sticky.
  3. Rest the dough for 45-60 minutes, until it has doubled in size. Cover the container with a clean cloth.
  4. Deflate the dough, then make it into 10 pieces.
  5. Round each dough. Rest again for 15 minutes.
  6. Form the braid by the method: take 1 part of the dough, flatten it, then roll it lengthwise. The two ends are twisted in opposite directions, then braided together.
  7. Rest again for 15-30 minutes until fluffy.
  8. Heat the oil on low heat. Fry the dough until golden yellow.
