Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli 250 grams
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Enough hot water
  • Garlic that has been chopped 7 cloves
  • Beef 100 grams
  • Carrot 150 grams
  • 200 grams of red peppers
  • Green peppers 200 grams
  • Onion 200 grams
  • Chives leave 30 grams
  • Dried ear mushrooms that have been soaked until they expand 50 grams
  • Soy sauce 1 and a half tbsp
  • Sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • White pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp




Method of making:
