Ingredients

Ingredients/spices:

  • 400 gr of beef deep, cut into rectangles 1x4 cm
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of bay leaf
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, cut lengthwise
  • 100 gr champignon mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 200 ml of beef broth
  • 100 gr sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped for sprinkling
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter for frying




Method of Making Beef Stroganoff: 

  1. Coat the meat with mustard and salt. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat Butter. Saute onions, garlic, and bay leaf until fragrant.
  3. Enter the meat. Stir until it changes color.
  4. Add peppers and mushrooms. Stir until wilted. Add flour. Stir well.
  5. Pour the broth. Stir well. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, and ground pepper. Stir well. Cook until done.
  6. Add sour cream. Stir well. Stir until it explodes. Prepare with a sprinkling of parsley.
