  • 1 onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into small cubes
  • 2 spring onions (white part)
  • 100 grams of sausage/ meatballs/ grilled meat, cut into squares
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of powdered broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 100 ml water






how to make:

  1. Cut the potatoes lengthwise, wash thoroughly, set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients A, set aside
  3. Ingredients B. Heat enough oil in a non-stick frying pan over the fire again. Saute onion and spring onions until fragrant. Add potatoes. Stir well. Saute half wilted. Then add the paprika and roast beef, mix well.
  4. Add water, mix well. give salt, sugar, pepper powder, broth powder, garam masala. Stir well. Close the pan. Cook until the potatoes are soft. If the water runs out and the potatoes are not soft, add more water. After the potatoes are soft, taste and adjust the taste.
  5. Pour ingredient B into the potato stir fry, stir with a fork so that the liquid ingredient B absorbs into it. Turn down the fire. Close the pan. Cook until the eggs are cooked. Remove, cut, and serve.

NOTES:

  • If you want the omelet to be served on a plate and or you want the top to be fried, then add the stir-fried potatoes to the egg mixture. Rinse the pan, add a lot of oil.
