Ingredients:

How To Make Madeira Style Vine D'Alhos Meat:

  1. Wash the pork loin in hot water, drain it well and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Prepare the vine-d'alhos with white wine, placing the vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, and other seasonings in a large container.
  3. Mix pieces of meat very well in the vine and let it marinate for three days.
  4. On the day of cooking, pour the meat and marinade in a pan and cook over low heat. As it boils, soak the slices of bread in the sauce, without letting them soak too much, and then place them on a platter.
