Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 8 tbsp water
- 12 tbsp unsalted butter
- 60 grams of all-purpose flour
- 40 ounces beef broth
- 20 ounces chicken stock
- 8 medium-sized potatoes
- 2 packs of mozzarella cheese
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- The right amount of oil
- Enough water for soaking
Method of Making French Fries:
- Cut the potatoes to a thickness of approximately 1 cm
- Put it in a bowl and soak it in cold water
- Leave it for about an hour
- Heat the oil in a wide and large skillet
