Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of whole chicken breast *flat*
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil*can be exchanged for cooking oil*
  • 12 Sheets of Sage Leaves (can be found in European spices in supermarkets)
  • 4 slices of smoked meat
  • 350 ml Chicken Broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Sauce Ingredients:

  • 200ml white wine (can be exchanged with a chicken stock of the same size)
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Unflavored Butter)








How to Make Special Saltimbocca Chicken:

  1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper, toss the chicken breasts with 3 pieces of sage leaves, and roll the chicken breasts with the bacon. Apply pressure to the chicken so that the sage and bacon stick together well.
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan (not too hot). Bake the chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the chicken breast is golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep the temperature so that it is always warm.
  3. Make the sauce, If you like using wine, heat the wine in a pan, let it evaporate until halfway. Add chicken stock, cook, until it boils and reduces by half. If you don't use wine, just put the chicken stock in the pan, cook until it boils, and reduce it by half. Give a little salt and pepper and don't forget to add butter. Cook until all ingredients are mixed.
  4. Put the chicken breast on a serving plate, then distribute the broth sauce over the chicken breast according to your taste.
