Ingredients:
- 300 ml water
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon (5 g.) salt
- 2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) honey
- 540 grams of all-purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 3/4 tbsp. (8 ml) yeast
- 1 tbsp. 1 tbsp (15 ml) sugar for boiling
How to Make Canadian Bagel Recipe:
- Place all ingredients except sugar in the bowl of a food processor.
- Select the "dough" cycle
- Once the dough is done, let it rise for 15 minutes on the robot, then stop the cycle.
