Ingredients (Serving 3 People):

  • 400 grams of cauliflower rice
  • Egg
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 grams of chicken
  • 250 grams of Chinese stir fry combination
  • pinch of cumin
  • a pinch of soy sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • Prawn crackers to accompany it



Steps to Process Dutch Cabbage Fried Rice Recipe:

  1. You can buy ready-to-use cauliflower rice at most major supermarkets or make your own by cutting a few cauliflower buds in a rice-sized food processor.
  2. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and red chilies. Fry in a frying pan with a little oil. Add cumin and soy sauce. Add chicken in small pieces and fry for a few minutes until almost cooked. Next add stir-fried vegetables, spring onions, and cauliflower rice.
