Ingredients:

  • 300 gr ladyfinger
  • 350 grams of mascarpone
  • 300 ml fresh cream
  • 120 g of powdered sugar
  • unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cold espresso coffee to taste



How to Make Italian Eggless Tiramisu Recipe:

  1. The first time you prepare the eggless tiramisu, take care of the cream: beat the cream with 1/2 sugar in a bowl and put it in the fridge. In 2nd place, cream mascarpone with remaining icing sugar.
  2. Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone cream with a spatula in a few steps and move it from bottom to top to avoid churning.
  3. Wet your fingers, one at a time, in the espresso you've poured into a deep dish. Arrange in a rectangular baking dish measuring approximately 16 x 22 cm, covering all the bases. If necessary, shape the cake so that there are no empty corners or sides. Transfer the mascarpone and cream to a pastry bag with a soft 15 mm nozzle and form tassels on the ladyfinger array.
  4. Repeat the operation shown in point 3. Sprinkle with some unsweetened cocoa powder and put it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours. After this time, you can serve the eggless tiramisu.
