Ingredients:

  • 500 ml Kefir
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 600-650 g Flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Soda


To fill:

  • 1-2 bunches of green onions
  • 50 g Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
