  • Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon




How to Make Culinary Sago Bagae Cake:

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until dissolved and a thick mixture.
  2. Add the baking soda and coconut. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour while stirring evenly.
  4. Add sago flour gradually while stirring evenly.
  5. Preheat the oven on medium heat.
  6. Shape the dough into an oval. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake the dough in the oven for 20 minutes until cooked.
  7. Ready to serve or store in a jar when the cake has cooled.
