Ingredients:

  • 2 kg glutinous rice flour
  • 1 kg rice flour
  • 2 whole coconuts (grated)
  • 1/2 kg brown sugar (to taste)
  • 6 pandan leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Enough water


How to make Sticky Rice:

  1. Stir the glutinous rice flour and rice flour (add a pinch of salt) by adding water little by little (try not to make the dough runny)
  2. Cook brown sugar with grated coconut (add a pinch of salt and enough water) until brown sugar seeps into the grated coconut and remove when it's a bit dry
