Ingredients:

  • 450 gr beef

  • 2 cm ginger, bruised
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 6 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons honey Salt Sugar
  • Sprinkling Ingredients:
  • Sesame
  • 10 red chilies, cut into slices
  • 10 green chilies, cut into slices
  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • Orange chili, cut
  • Onion, cut
  • Oil, heat
  • Salt
  • Citrus leaves, thinly sliced





Method of making:

  1.  Marinate the meat with the marinade. Cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2.  Saute garlic.
  3.  Add the marinated meat. Sauté.
  4.  Add the onions.
  5.  Taste test. Lift. Prepare with a sprinkling of chili and sesame
  6.  To make sambal matah, combine all ingredients.
  7.  Pour the hot oil. Stir.
  8.  Prepare bulgogi with matah sauce.
