Gochujang Ingredients:

  • 8 tablespoons red chili powder
  • 16 tablespoons of vinegar or kaffir lime
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • 8 tablespoons of diluted soy sauce
  • 8 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons white glutinous rice flour


How to make gochujang:

  • Mix all the ingredients except the glutinous rice flour and keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add white glutinous rice flour and cover it tightly and store it in the refrigerator.


Ingredients:

  • 100 gr Chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

How to Make:

  1. Take a bowl then mix salt and pepper and various types of flour and baking powder. Add eggs then mix thoroughly.
  2. Enter the chicken that has been washed clean then put in the dough while kneading.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes until the seasoning absorbs then fry the chicken with fire again until half cooked.
  4. Let stand 15 minutes before frying again until cooked then set aside.
  5. Sauté the garlic until fragrant then add the gochujang, tomato sauce, honey, lime juice, strawberry jam, and sugar.
  6. Stir until the sauce thickens then add the fried chicken and stir until the chicken is coated with the sauce until smooth.
  7. Prepare the chicken with a sprinkling of toasted sesame.
