Chicken Teriyaki Recipe, Japanese Food


Dalgano -  Recipes Japan Japanese-style restaurants from Indonesia have several mainstay dishes. One of the mainstay dishes is chicken teriyaki or chicken teriyaki. This dish is easy to make, the ingredients are simple and can be purchased at the mini market.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g boneless and skinless chicken thigh/breast
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Spice:

  • 100 ml of Shoyu
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 20 g onions, grated
  • tsp grated ginger
  • tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Complementary:
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 100 g large bean sprouts
  • 100 g carrots, long thin slices
  • 1 tbsp coarsely chopped scallions
  • tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp salt


How to make Chicken Teriyaki:

  1. Cut the chicken into medium size pieces.
  2. Stir all the seasoning ingredients until smooth.
  3. Enter the chicken pieces into the Seasoning, mix well.
  4. Let stand for at least 1 hour (can be stored in the refrigerator)
  5. Heat the oil, stir-fry the chicken along with the spices.
  6. Stir until it changes color. Remove and set aside.
  7. Complementary:
  8. Saute garlic until yellow.
  9. Enter the vegetables, stir until wilted.
  10. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and remove.
  11. Serve Chicken Teriyaki with Complementary and white rice.
