Bienenstich Cake Ingredients:

  • 700 grams of medium protein flour
  • 400 grams of liquid milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 packs of instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 200-gram almond slice
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 500 ml ice water



How to Make Bienenstich Cake:
