Hainan Jifan Chinese Cuisine

Dalgano - China Food | In Indonesian, it means Hanian chicken rice, so named because it comes from the tradition of the art of cooking and its application by overseas Hanian tribes. In Southeast Asia, Hanian Jifan mixes elements of Cantonese and Southeast Asian cuisine.

Ingredients:

  • Take 2 chickens
  • Prepare 2 pieces of ginger
  • Prepare 2 lemons
  • Take 2 handfuls of garlic
  • Prepare 4 blocks of maggie powder broth

How to make:

  1. Season the juice of 2 lemons into the chicken.
