    1. Cover the colander with grasscloth and place the burgers on it. Place a colander in a saucepan of cold water and soak the burgers for 10 minutes.
    2. Pull the cheesecloth side, wrap the burger and squeeze out all the water. Transfer to a large bowl.
    3. Combine burger and lemon juice. Mix parsley, mint, tomatoes, and onions again and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Add 1 1/4 cups olive oil, stir and leave at room temperature for 4-6 hours until the burgers have absorbed enough liquid to soften.
    5. Refine seasoning and olive oil. It should be enough to look shiny and moist, but it should be non-greasy and non-greasy.
    6. Garnish with romaine lettuce and scallions.
    7. Put some scallions in the romaine lettuce and spoon the tabbouleh with the lettuce.

    Note:

The longer the bulgur sits and absorbs olive oil, lemon juice, tomato, and onion juice, the more it swells and dominates the salad, so keep that in mind when you prepare this salad. Keep in mind that the correct ratio of parsley to bulgur is about 7 to 1.
