Ingredients

  • 170 grams butter

How to Make Lebkuchen

  1. Place dry ingredients in a large bowl. Heat the honey and butter over low heat until the butter melts in the skillet and pour it into the flour mixture with the lemon zest. Mix well until the dough comes together and is quite firm. Cover and let cool.
