Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 8 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divide into two bowls
  • 8 slices of Tuscan bread or other traditional Italian bread (alternatively use plain bread)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt for garnish to taste

How to make bruschetta:
