Ingredients for the lasagna skin recipe:

  • Lasagna Skin
  • cheese

Lasagna tomato sauce ingredients

  • 3 kg minced beef
  • 6 large cans of diced tomatoes
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 500ml Air
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
  • 2 Onions, diced
  • 4 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 large diced carrots
  • 340 gr Tomato paste (canned)
  • 10 basil leaves
  • Parsley leaves to taste

Bechamel sauce ingredients

  • 400 ml liquid milk
  • 4-5 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Wheat Flour


How to make Italian Lasagne Pasta

Making the tomato sauce:

  1. Add and sauté the onions, celery sticks, and carrots until they ignite/sweat in a saucepan over low heat. Saute for 5-7 minutes. Take care not to burn your food.
  2. Turn up the heat, and add the minced meat, tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, chicken stock, water, and basil leaves. Cook for 30-40 minutes, until it boils and the mixture looks thickened. Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Add parsley to taste, before the end.
  4. Add salt and pepper. Adjust to your own taste
  5. When the tomatoes have a less stable acid, add a little salt.

Steps to make the lasagna bechamel sauce:

  1. Melt the melted butter then add the flour. Stir well.
  2. Slowly and gradually mix the liquid milk into the dough
  3. Note, if it is too thick then try experimenting with milk to taste, but if otherwise add enough flour. If the dough is consistent then add 2-3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese and mix well.

How to make simple lasagna:
